Shipping Information:
Shipping is via trackable registered air mail to all countries at $24.99 for first item; $10.00 per item in addition to first item after.
We ship to over 210 destinations worldwide directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong to save our customer on cost. Items from Pearly are shipped solely by Registered Mail. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and another email when the item has been shipped providing the tracking code. Depending on the time and day of order, location and country, items usually ships out within three days. Item should be expected to arrive anywhere between 8 to 13 business days from the ordering date in accordance with weekend and public holidays, and depending on location and local postal services. Shipping to major cities should arrive earlier than other destinations. You can track your package online at Hong Kong Post Mail Tracking or United States Postal Service Track & Confirm.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:
We love our products and we hope you do too! But if you change your mind or if there is any issue regarding our products, please contact us first at cs@pearlycollection.com for returns or exchange.
Return or Exchange: Return or exchange items must be shipped within 5 business days from the day the items has been received. Products must be returned unused in its original packaging to be accepted for refund. We do not offer refunds for damaged items that are not reported to us within 48 hours after arrival. Product replacement usually ships immediately if available. Clearance sales are final sales, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Manufacturing Defects: Each Pearly item goes through strict quality control and are checked multiple times before shipping. We use mostly natural materials and each piece may vary in pattern and texture; stones and leather may contain natural inclusions and minor discrepancies that should not affect the beauty of the product. We cannot consider natural properties in material defects unless there are genuine product issues. Defects and damage are extremely rare but it may occur. Items damaged via shipping must be reported within 24 hours of product arrival for return or exchange with original packaging. If a product is defected due to manufacturing process, it must be reported within 5 days of arrival for product replacement. Please send customer service a photograph of your item so we can better understand the issue and advise action. We do understand the nature of online shopping and will try to assist the best and quickest we can.
Shipping return or exchange goods: Customers are advised to pack the return or exchange items accordingly for shipping. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item arrives damaged during the shipping process that we are not responsible for.
Customers are resposible for return or exchange shipping and tracking, or if the item is lost in the process. No refund or store credit would be honored if returned packages has been lost or stolen via transit returning. We recommend using trackable shipping services and insurance when returning items.
Cancellation: Order cancellations are recommended to be made as soon as possible or within 24 hours after its been placed. We cannot cancel the order once it has been processed or shipped, or a restocking fee may apply if the item has been processed but not shipped for transaction cost, which will be determined by the price of item purchased.
